No matter what it takes. I suggest you do the same!
I've also started yoga therapy at Warrior power yoga.
As well as starting this fall taking the teacher training program to become a yoga instructor myself to help people dealing with depression, stressful lives, health issues, etc. Along with my spiritual faith in God, I believe in the yoga practice and recommend it to everyone.
• Aveda products to try:
For Hair- Color conserve shampoo (for my recent color change) Damage Remedy conditioner ( to bring back the natural protein your hair needs)
For skin- botanical kinetics purifying gel cleanser ( feels incredible, so clean and pure!) Botanical Kinetics hydrating lotion (again, amazing product so far. My skin has been going through a dull season because of everything and this lotion makes my face feel baby soft and clean!!!)
For stress relief and lotions- They provided me with some awesome samples of their amazing stress-fix lotion infused with lavender oils and scents.
Hand relief and repair lotions to keep your hands soft and youthful.
Now remember, as transparent as I can be, I want you to keep in mind that all this is therapeutical for me and I am looking forward to some great results!
I hope this information is helpful for everyone like me, give them a good try and give me some feedback:-) go to aveda.com or your local aveda salon for your purchases! Thanks for reading!
